For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?
The PORTAL OWNER processes the information provided by the User in order to respond to various types of requests made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the following will be addressed:
a) Manage your registration as a Platform user: The Personal Data you provide will be processed to identify you as a Platform user and give you access to the various features, products, and services available to you as a registered user.
b) Contact the User via email, phone calls, SMS, or other equivalent electronic means of communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the contracted functionalities, products, or services, including security updates to the Platform, whenever necessary or reasonable for its execution.
c) Respond to requests or petitions made by the User through the Customer Service channels available on our Platform or Physical Stores, if any.
d) Manage the Curriculums Vitae sent through the Portal.
e) Participation in blogs, through comments.
f) Electronic communications of an informative or advertising nature about our products and services according to your interests.
The PORTAL OWNER may create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
If the User registers on the Portal through social login, THE PORTAL OWNER will only access the User's personal data for which they have given their consent during the configuration of the corresponding social network access. Any information provided in connection with these social applications may be accessed by members of the corresponding social network; such interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the entities providing the services. THE PORTAL OWNER has no control over or responsibility for these entities or their use of the User's information.
Information about data processing for sending communications from THE PORTAL OWNER.
The data used or provided in informative and/or promotional communications are processed by THE PORTAL OWNER for purposes including the electronic sending of information and communications about THE PORTAL OWNER's services, activities, publications, events, and professionals, or the monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns conducted using technologies for this purpose; and the creation of profiles for commercial purposes.
