The system is designed to automate the washing, drying, and tightness control operations, as well as communication between internal chambers of faucet parts. Its objective is to ensure that each part meets quality requirements before moving on to the next stage of the production process.

During the verification phase, the system determines whether the part is acceptable or not, based on a set of programmed alarms, which are configurable according to established quality criteria.

The parts can be fed into the system manually by an operator or automatically by a robot, allowing for greater flexibility and adaptation to the level of automation of the production line.
