Tightness and Flow Test
Water Test Bench for Taps
The system consists of an automation system for dynamic and static leak testing of faucets (basin, bidet, bath-shower, and sink). The test is performed with water and/or air, and the test results are determined by displaying the pressure indicators. Fill the chamber with the faucet in the closed position. Close the water supply valve. Visually check for pressure loss on the touch screen. Remove the plug from the outlet and insert the aerator to visually verify the flow rate. Visually check for external dripping from the aerator.
Touch screen
SMB has designed its own software, emphasizing its efficiency and simplicity through an icon-based approach. Using the touchscreen, the operator can view the test pressures and flow rate. The screen features several icons with defined pressures from 0.2 to 16 bar. Using the /- icons, we can select other desired pressures. The system is configured with predetermined pressures for quick access to the test.
