The system is designed to automate the washing and drying process of chips and filings generated during the machining of faucet parts.

Thanks to a set of interchangeable tools, the system allows for the cleaning and drying of a wide variety of machined parts, easily adapting to different geometries and sizes.

The process begins with a two-hand safety actuator, which lowers the upper hood until it seals tightly with the lower hood, creating a closed chamber where the cleaning and drying process takes place.

The system incorporates a digital terminal that allows you to select, configure, and customize washing and drying programs, adjusting parameters and times according to the specific needs of each type of piece or production batch.

In addition, it has a closed-circuit tank with a filtration system, which allows water recirculation and contributes significantly to the savings and sustainability of the process.
